•$175 per night for two guests
•$25 per night for each additional guest

(March through May) & (September through October)
•No nightly minimum
•$150 per night for two guests
•$20 per night each additional guest

HOLIDAY WEEKEND RATES:
•Same as High Season except there is a three night minimum.

•We accept payments of cash, check
or credit card via PAYPAL
•Make checks payable to Joyce Conner
•8.1% Sales Tax will be applied to total
•50% deposit required for reservations
•Full refund on cancellations made more than 30 days in advance
•Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will be refunded only if the
chalet can be rebooked
